The report can include the selected layout, form factor, untested keys, simultaneous-key signal, repeats, possible chatter, possible stuck keys, a timestamp and technician notes. Print or export it locally; do not create a public URL containing typed input.
Keep the same layout, keyboard form and test method before and after the repair so the comparison is meaningful.
